From a peaceful perch on the side of a hill, you'll be invited to curl up with a book in our loft (don't let that lakeview distract you!), enjoy outdoor living on the back patio (don't worry, the firepit can be enjoyed from either hot tub or patio table!), and play games in the cozy den (don't let that entertainer's bar go to waste!). Newly remodeled in 2021, the home has luxurious upgrades, such as a steam shower and spa-like bathrooms, while also preserving the original character and charm!

 Everyone loves an a-frame, but not all are created equal! Once you get away to the Lakeview House, your standards will be set too high to stay anywhere else. Here, you'll find a completely renovated cabin with high end finishes, kitchen and bathroom designs that leave you in awe, and two huge decks (with a hot tub and 2 fire pits).  As the name suggests, the real showstopper is the forest and lake view! While adults spend time on the large deck, kids can enjoy the downstairs game room, screened porch with ping pong, and lower deck with spa. The part everyone will enjoy is the short 3 minute walk to Orchard Bay or mile walk to the Village. We cannot wait to welcome you here again and again!

If you're looking for "a rustic, cozy cabin", you found your place!  We designed it to feel earthy and moody, and furnished it with wooly seating, fuzzy throws, and warm lighting to give all the cozy vibes.  Take in the natural light and forest views though huge A-frame windows and skylights. You'll be sure to enjoy the best of "old" and "new" as you light the wood burning stove fireplace and turn on the big screen Frame tv. Mother Nature kindly gave us a year round running creek (open your windows at night to fall asleep to that music), and we simply added the hot tub under towering trees and string lights, where you'll feel completely surrounded by nature.  Enjoy the fire pit just off your front porch and several options for eating outdoors.   Kids and adults alike will fall in love with everything a mountain getaway is meant to be!

We hit the jackpot with this property.  As if "ski-in, ski-out" isn't enough, our condo also has a huge patio with its own fire pit, shares a "ski beach" with the Pendry (a Montage property), and is a BRAND NEW complex with all the best amenities.  It's a 2-bedroom, 2 bathroom condo with a full kitchen and views of the slopes.  Step right off your patio onto the walking street to grab a bite to eat at one of the amazing restaurants, or book a massage at the Pendry. Summer and fall in Park City are equally gorgeous with endless hiking, fishing, golf, river floats, water skiing, ATV adventures, zip lines, mountain biking, horse back riding, and not to mention the finest dining and shopping! If you haven't been to Park City, find out what people from all over the world are so in love with.

The earthy neutrals and natural textures are a perfect complement to the mountain setting.   You'll have a hard time picking your favorite room... The kitchen and bathrooms are designed to perfection, while the living room and bedrooms feel perfectly cozy with designer furniture. Whether you're around the fire pit outside, or by the fireplace inside, you'll love the views of huge cedar and pine trees surrounding the property.  Truly, this home is hard to describe in words, and hardly given justice in photos!

With architectural details preserved, the tranquil retreat has been transformed in harmony with the unobstructed forest views.  Sit on the deck and listen to the melody of a mountain breeze through the cedar and dogwood trees... or set out on the trail through the forest that begins right by the house!  You'll savor the warmth of this mountain getaway with the crackle of a fire as your soundtrack.

Everything about this lake house is stunning.  The 180-degree views of the water, stretching from one side of the lake to the other, are unparalleled.  Every room and bedroom overlooks blue water and three huge decks are perfect for spending countless hours watching boats go by. Originally built-in 1935, the architecture has been preserved and no expenses spared in updating the kitchen and bathrooms.  This home is made for entertaining!  With lake views from the hot tub and fire pit on the side patio, a bar with swings on the lower deck, and a front deck for dining al fresco, you just might never leave!

Nothing says "cozy cabin" quite like the dark and moody color palette, southwest décor, and unique Malm fireplace.  With two walls of windows, you'll enjoy all the natural light and feeling surrounded by trees.  Hang out on the wrap-around deck that looks over a seasonal creek where the kids can explore in the summer or sled in the winter.  This may be our smallest cabin, but there's no shortage of inviting seating, with the huge L-shaped couch and two different seating nooks.  Have a movie or game night upstairs, soak in the hot tub under string lights, and make the hard decision of whether this cabin calls for whiskey or wine.

Will it be the architecture or the views that wow you more? Either way, the wall of bi-fold glass doors seamlessly connects the indoor/outdoor space so you can enjoy both. In the evenings, turn on music and light the wood-burning Malm fireplace... or enjoy a bath in the freestanding tub with heated floors beneath your feet when you get out.  Needless to say, the master suite has a private deck and fireplace as well... there's really no reason to leave this space.  Send the kids to the garage to play ping pong or to the loft to play board games.  There's  nothing you won't love about this modern A-frame, which transports you away from real life to a mountain retreat you'll return to year after year.

There's something magical about an A-frame.  These 20-foot windows look out over expansive forest views with hardly a house in sight.  Originally built in 1973, the cabin has been 100% remodeled to highlight the original midcentury design while adding modern and Scandinavian accents.  As beautiful as it is, you cannot find a more kid-friendly space... Your kids will fall in love with the secret play nooks in the loft, the closet full of indoor and outdoor games, and of course, the tire swing hanging from our giant oak.  It's stocked with every baby/kid necessity you have at your own home.  Adults will love relaxing on the huge deck under the oak tree in warm weather, and soaking in the hot tub in cold weather!
