It's a 2-bedroom, 2 bathroom condo with a full kitchen and incredible views of the slopes. Step right off your patio onto the walking street to grab a bite to eat, or book a massage at the Pendry. Summer and fall in Park City are equally gorgeous with endless hiking, fishing, river floating, ATVing, and shopping to keep you busy. We partnered with investors to snag this 2 bedroom classic a-frame cabin. The location could not be better... a 3 minute walk to the Brewery and Village! Lush dogwoods surround the home making for a lush and peaceful setting to enjoy the sounds of nature.
The interior is light and bright, with a newly renovated kitchen. We'll add our own touch with installing a hot tub, renovating the bathroom (in early spring), and adding new furnishings.
This is a place where I spent many holidays growing up, visiting my grandparents and making my best childhood memories. We now spend quality time with our kids here, and I love that they will be the 4th generation to make it a home away from home. And the best part is that we can share it with YOU!!! This was supposed to be a 2021 project, but of course the island was closed due to covid till 2022. Hopefully in Q4 of 2022 we can begin this project!
